Personal Experience:

Frio River & Old Baldy trail

When we arrived, we first explored the Blinn River Trail. The views of the Frio River were amazing, and we saw many fish swimming in the clear water. After that, we went to the Crystal Cavern Trail, where we were impressed by the cool cave formations. After exploring Painted Rock on the Bridges Trail, we admired the bright colors of the limestone on the rock face. Next, we visited the boathouse near the Pecan Grove camping area. There, we crossed the Frio River to see the beautiful limestone at Painted Rock. Finally, we hiked the Steep Old Baldy Trail to reach the lookout point, which gave us breathtaking views of the hill country. It was an unforgettable adventure!
